이 MS-64는 Motor의 운전 전류를 실시간으로 감시하여 Motor의 Bearing 및 급지 상태 등으로 인한 부하상
승 및 부하 변동률이 정한 범위를 벗어날 경우 운전 및 정비부서에서 인지하도록 하여 관련 설비의 이상 발
생을 사전에 방지하여 경제적 손실을 줄이는 것이 목적인 진단 시스템이다.
이 시스템의 중요한 구성 요소인 Data Processor는 하나의 Group으로 연결된 각각의 Motor의 MCC에서 제
공하는 전류 신호를 64 Points Analog Input Card를 통하여 수집한 다음 이 신호를 분석 및 관리하고, 이
Data를 Ethernet을 통하여 Service하는 Data Server의 역할을 하므로, 네트웍으로 연결된 Monitoring P/C
에서 각각의 Motor의 주소를 입력하여 해당하는 Motor의 전류의 상태를 관리할 수 있다.

Overview and Applications
NI Full-Featured E Series devices are the fastest and the
most accurate multiplexed data acquisition devices available.

high-speed data logging to
control applications to high voltage signal or sensor
measurements when used with NI signal conditioning.
Synchronize the operations of multiple devices using the
RTSI bus or PXI trigger bus and easily integrate other

2. Digital I/O, 24 or 96 Lines, 5 V TTL/CMOS
Overview and Applications
NI 6503 devices are 24-bit parallel
DIO interfaces for PCI, PCMCIA,
and ISA. NI 6508 devices offer 96-
bit parallel DIO interfaces for PCI,
PXI, and ISA. All NI 650x devices
are designed for 5 V TTL/CMOS I/
O signals.
Hardware
82C55 Parallel Port Interfaces
NI 650x devices use 82C55 Parallel Port Interfaces (PPIs). NI
6503 devices contain one PPI, and the NI 6508 devices contain
four. Each PPI controls 24 bits of DIO and has three 8-bit ports
(A, B, and C). You can configure each port as either input or
output. Ports A and B are always used for digital data I/O, while
port C can be configured for digital data I/O, control, status, or
handshake signals.
Digital I/O Power-Up State Selection
You can power up the PCI-6503, PC-DIO-24, PC-DIO-96, and
PXI-6508 DIO lines in a user-defined state – either high or low.
On these devices, each line is connected to a 100 kΩ resistor,
and you can use a jumper to select whether the lines of the device
power up in the high or low state. The DAQ Card-DIO-24
and PCI-DIO-96 have 100 kΩ resistors that always pull high.
